It was a really chill and laid-back interview. The interviewers were super nice and really engaged with me, asking follow-up questions. The process and the questions asked varied a bit from person to person, depending on their own past experiences. It was mostly behavioral, with not a ton of technical stuff.

There were 4 rounds of interviews for the Business Analyst role, plus an offer stage. The process started with an Analytical Written Test, followed by a Technical Interview focusing on my product knowledge and SQL skills. Then, there was another Technical Interview with the Business head, which involved puzzles and questions about my job stability. Finally, an HR Interview concluded the process. The entire hiring process was completed within one week.

I had a few rounds of phone calls with the team, followed by an in-person interview with several 1:1s. One interviewer didn't show up, which left me waiting alone. They also mentioned that many people join with the intention of going into sales, but that wasn't a possibility for this role. They don't seem focused on helping employees grow.
