The interview complexity was mid level. The process included a Technical Round, an Assignment Round, an Assignment walkthrough plus Tech Round, a VP HR Round, and a VP Engineering Round. The first technical round had basic questions about Ruby and Rails. If you're prepared, you can pass this easily. For the assignment round, I had to build a ParkingSlot app. The reviewer was very knowledgeable and asked about live changes and my development approach. The HR team is friendly and approachable. I also talked with several tech leads and the VP of Engineering, who were helpful and friendly in conversation.

The interview process is great. If you pass the first two rounds, you'll see. There are four interview rounds total. Round 1 focuses on the programming language you used previously, starting with basic concepts and moving to advanced ones, then covering technologies or frameworks with scenario-based questions. Your fundamental understanding is key here. Round 2 is an assignment, which was about Content Providers in Android for me. Round 3 involves a coding walk-through, a face-to-face session to check your problem-solving skills and approach, where your code is reviewed and you might need to make changes. You can get help from the interviewer. My interviewer was very skilled. Round 4 is the HR round; I was lucky the CTO interviewed me. The CTO is very energetic and knowledgeable.

So, I went through an initial technical assessment which had 5 rounds, the first one was a coding challenge. I did okay, solved 2.5 out of 3. Then I got shortlisted for more interviews, but scheduling was a mess, like the first two times the links were sent but no one showed up, finally the third try worked and a panel was there. The main technical interview was 1.5 hours long, I felt I answered everything well and aced the coding parts too. The interviewer said I was good for the next stage and HR would update me. But then, when I followed up with HR, it was a rejection, and they didn't say why, which is weird since I thought I did well. Makes me wonder what else they look at besides the technical stuff.
