Went through two rounds of interviews. Had to wait for them to finish up the second round with everyone else. After about a week and a half, I followed up with an email but got no response. They ghosted me and didn't provide any explanation.

I went through 4 interviews for the Store Manager position. After that, I was asked to come in for an in-person meeting. During the in-person meeting with the District Manager (DM), we talked about a potential start date and me giving notice at my current job. The DM seemed positive, saying 'okay, good I feel really good about this', and then went on PTO. While the DM was away, they hired someone else, and I had already given my notice. I won't be a customer of Mango anymore and definitely won't work for a brand like this.

It was an easy interview process, with 3 rounds total including the initial screening. The manager was very nice and gave me lots of chances to ask questions. The whole thing took about 2 weeks from when I applied to getting the offer.
