Behavioral Technical Other

First, I had a 10-minute phone chat with HR. Then, I went to the offices for a personality test and a calculation test. The calculation test was tricky because it was without a calculator, involving things like weights and growth percentages. Making a mistake cost points, and it seemed impossible to finish all 40 questions in the given time. I passed it, so I guess the goal is to get as many right as possible, rather than a specific percentage correct.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process seemed to have some issues, especially for straight men who might feel uncomfortable. There were questions about fashion and personal style that didn't seem related to the job. I've passed analytical tests in previous interviews over the years but was rejected here. It seems like personal bias played a role, with one manager not wanting me to work there. After that person left, I was called back, but unfortunately, the same issue of personal bias and discomfort arose during the interview. So, if you're a straight male, it might be best to save your time.
