The interview felt impersonal with the interviewer showing little engagement or visual contact. Perhaps I was overqualified, but the interaction wasn't pleasant. Their non-verbal communication was closed off.

- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
Concierge
After a phone call offer, the first interview was with the HR coordinator. Then, there were two more interviews, one with the department director and retail manager, and the last one with the general manager. Because it was a rush hire, the whole interview process lasted about two weeks. They really care about your attitude and will ask about your knowledge of the brand, and how you've handled guest interactions before. The questions you get will be specific to who you're interviewing with, so you should have questions about the company ready too. Be adaptable and understand how you align with the company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about yourself.
