It has 3-4 rounds. The first one is an HR interview and it is pretty standard. Not too hard actually. The second round was with the consultant in New York Office and they asked a lot of professional questions including what skills I have from my previous job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So there were 2 rounds, although I heard some people had three. Each was about 30 minutes. The first interview was in Mandarin and focused on competencies, testing my product knowledge and selling skills, and also assessed my motivation. The second interview was more of a friendly chat in English, more motivation-based and quite relaxing.

Behavioral Group Presentation

We started with a phone interview where they asked about my sales and learning experiences, and also my hobbies and group contributions. Then came the assessment centre. They gave us a scenario on paper and we had to discuss it in a group and then present our ideas to the whole group and the judges. Finally, there was a final interview.
