Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mandarin Consulting.
Consultant
It has like four rounds of interviews. You will meet the CEO and different departmental heads. They will share with you information about the company and ask you some questions. It was a good experience.
- What motivated your decision to apply to our company?
Consultant
I believe a senior consultant first called me for about 10 minutes to assess my qualifications. After that, I had an in-person interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Consultant
The interview questions were pretty easy, and I had a role-play section plus a Q&A. It was all in Chinese, and the interviewers were really friendly and laid-back. They seemed to be looking for someone who could really sell and hit targets fast. I went for a second round, but I haven't heard back about an offer yet.
- Tell me about your previous sales experience.
