I don't have a good impression of this company. The interviewer wasn't honest about the working environment. Online, I've seen complaints from past staff about overtime without extra pay, and managers texting on weekends. They seem to take advantage of graduates needing a UK work visa. The manager mentioned it would be hard work but couldn't give specific examples.

First, there's an online application. Then, you'll have a phone interview. After that, there's a group discussion. The next step is a final interview with the team leader or manager. Finally, you wait for the HR to make a decision, and they'll ask about your visa situation.

Behavioral Technical

First, I sent in my CV. A day or two later, I got an email with four competency questions, and I had to pick two to answer. Very quickly after sending the form back, like 5 minutes later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. I applied for the Birmingham office, but the call ended up coming from London. It was about 20 minutes long and in Chinese. They asked basic questions, but I didn't get through. I got an email a week later, but it didn't say why.
