It starts with a call from HR to invite you to a group activity. In the group activity, you introduce yourself and are given a case study to solve as a group (it's important they see you lead the discussion while listening to and including others' ideas). Then, there's a 30-minute interview with HR where you delve deep into your CV, discussing your average grades, best and worst subjects, exchange experiences, internships, why you chose MS (mentioning its career plan, training, and culture), why consulting, and which area of MS you'd like to pursue. Following that, you'll have an interview with a manager from the area you previously indicated. This interview is 100% technical; preparation depends on the area you chose. I had a very bad experience with a manager in the risk area who didn't follow the instructions to conduct a general interview and disrespected me. The rest of the process was fine, and HR was very respectful, except for that one manager, but of course, not all are like that. In my case, the technical part involved regulations that you only learn about once you join the company. Finally, there's a last interview with a Manager, which can be technical or personal.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started with a quick call, then an HR interview, followed by an interview with a manager. The final interview was with a partner, but it felt more like a 1+ hour lecture about the company's history, with no questions asked of me. After all these interviews and time spent, they ghosted me without even a courtesy email.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • We went through your entire CV in detail during the first interview.
  • The second interview was similar, and also included some technical questions.
  • The last interview was a lecture.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process is very friendly. First, you connect with an HR person, who then passes you to someone from your area. They ask about your work experiences and give you a case to solve. If you pass that, you have an interview with a company partner.

  • Tell me about your work experiences. What programming languages do you know?
