First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Management Solutions.
Intern
They asked to see my university transcript to check my grades. The interview was super easy and they explained everything about the benefits, pay, and how long the internship lasts. It felt pretty chill, and I could easily ask stuff about the job and the company.
- Can you tell me how many classes you had to retake during your university studies?
Intern
It was a three-stage process. First, a group interview with HR where we had to do a case study and they observed how we worked in a group. Second, an individual interview with HR to get to know me. Third, an individual interview with the manager to discuss more technical aspects about me.
- What did you like about your major/career path?
- What are your expectations for this company?
- Tell me about yourself and how you approach organization and other aspects.
Intern
The group dynamic had several phases: First, introductions, discussing your background, interests in consulting, and availability. Then, a group case study about developing a business related to the pandemic, requiring group discussion to reach an agreement, with a part in English. Following that, an interview with HR that wasn't complicated, focusing on your experience, also with a part in English. Finally, an interview with someone from the team (a supervisor in my case), which wasn't very theoretical, except for a question about financial risks.
- What are the risks in the financial sector?
