It has 3 stages: an interview with HR, the manager, and a partner. With HR it was very relaxed, a long conversation and they don't want very technical data from you, just your performance in college and personal questions. With the manager, there are more logic and analytical thinking questions. With the partner, it's more about alignment and whether you fit into his project structure.
