It has 4 phases: The first is a group interview where you have to do a case of a startup and present it with your team. The second is with HR to get to know you. The third is with a manager who gives you a mini case study. And the fourth is with a partner to get to know you and see what position to put you in.

You send your CV through the website, and if you're a good fit, they'll get in touch. Then, there's a group case study to see how you work in a team, communicate, think logically, and structure solutions under pressure. After that, you'll have an interview with People/HR about your motivation, cultural fit, experience, and location preferences. A manager will then interview you, focusing on your skills and, depending on the role, either technical or business aspects (like data, risk, regulation, or tech). Finally, you'll interview with a partner about your long-term vision, fit with the firm, and growth potential.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This whole process was a complete waste of my time. We initially agreed on a salary range during the first interview. I proceeded through subsequent interviews, consistently receiving positive feedback. However, at the very end, after dedicating significant time, they presented a salary offer that was substantially lower than what we had initially discussed. Consequently, I informed them that the offer was not acceptable.
