Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Management Solutions.
Assistant
They contact you from HR and invite you to a first group interview with a practical case, then an interview with HR where they ask you about your studies, an interview with a manager something more technical and finally an interview with a partner.
- Technical questions about my studies
Assistant
The interview has four phases: a dynamic group interview where you have different cases and must participate in a group. Some of the tests are in English. Then a call with HR about your CV in general, in Spanish and English. After that, a more technical interview with the manager involving a practical case. Finally, a partner interview which, in my case, was quite tough and they challenged my CV to see if I could handle the pressure.
- Describe the E2E process of a loan
Assistant
3 phases: 1. Phone call with HR. Very quick and to the point. Asking about studies, experience, languages, and availability. 2. Group dynamic (via Teams) About 20 people. They give a topic and we have to reach a consensus. Halfway through the dynamic they switch us to English. 3. Interview with manager (via Teams) Very natural and personal with questions about academic life and my interests. 4. Interview with partner (via Teams) The toughest one of all. Technical, mathematical, and reasoning questions.
- Which subject did you like the most during your degree?
- Tell me about conflict situations in a team and how you overcame them.
