I applied online and the whole thing took 4 weeks. First, a hangouts call with HR in Spain. Then, a group exercise and a numerical test. After that, I had an interview with the manager, which was purely technical. Finally, I interviewed with a Partner. The group exercise/test and the partner interview were very motivational.
