Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Managed by Q.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process started with a phone interview, and then there was an onsite interview at HQ. The onsite involved meeting with 4 different people across 3 separate meetings. After these meetings, they all conferred to discuss my candidacy. I felt the interactions were quite insincere, and some questions felt more like an interrogation than a conversation, almost like I was trying to get into an exclusive club.
- Tell me about something you've taught yourself recently.
Sales Development Representative
It started with a phone interview with the lead recruiter, and then I had an in-person interview with four team members. Everyone was really nice and asked good questions. The conversation went well, and it seemed like they genuinely cared about the company and the interview process. No offer was made, but I really respect everyone I spoke with. It's a great company with awesome people.
- What makes you want to work in sales?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was really good and quite detailed. I had the chance to meet several team members who seemed genuine. The interview focused on job-related aspects, and the expectations for the role were communicated clearly. Although I didn't meet with any executives, I got a solid understanding of the daily responsibilities involved.
- Can you share some details about your background and experience?
