Virtual and someone unprofessional. The interviewer requested a video conference of which which she herself did not activate her video. Looking to check the box in all areas they are looking for - a bit unrealistic.

It was a tough process that lasted about 3 weeks. There were two phone interviews, each about 30 minutes. Then came a 1-hour presentation, followed by a 4.5-hour virtual "on-site" interview. The people I met were really nice and asked good questions. However, the experience soured after I got a follow-up email. While I get that they explained why I didn't get the job, some of the feedback felt too personal and unnecessary. Harry’s recruiting/HR team should review their rejection emails to make sure the feedback is actually helpful and constructive, not just a way to put someone down.

Behavioral Presentation

Overall, it was a really good experience. Everyone I talked to was nice, and they kept me updated throughout. It moved fast from the initial phone screen to another phone interview, then they flew me out for an in-person, and then they had me come back to help them decide between top candidates. The first in-person meeting let me talk to different people on the team and I had to do a presentation based on some info they sent over. They cared a lot about making sure it was a good fit for both of us, and they let me ask a lot of questions so I could get a feel for the office and the team. I enjoyed myself, and even though they hired someone else, I liked how they handled the hiring process.
