First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mammoth Brands.
Customer Experience Associate
I applied online and a few days later, I got an interview for a phone interview. I was out of the country at the time, and they were really nice and waited a couple of weeks. After I passed the first phone interview, I had another one soon after with the department head. Both of these calls were really casual. Then, I was invited to an office interview. This was a pretty intense process with 4 one-on-one interviews, and each lasted 30 minutes. I got the offer a few weeks after that.
- How do you see the Harry's brand?
- Do you know about the charity work we do?
Customer Experience Associate
I applied online and then didn't hear back for a while. Just when I thought it was a lost cause, I got an email from the recruiter for a phone interview. The call went well, and the recruiter told me she'd suggest moving my application forward to the hiring manager. I followed up about a week later, and she let me know that while the hiring manager was impressed with my qualifications, they had other stronger candidates in the running. It was a bit confusing since I was referred by a friend and I feel I'm overqualified skill-wise for customer support, but I think I'd be really good at it. It seems like a great company, and I wish I'd gotten a clearer reason, but who knows? I did like learning about the company, and the recruiter was really nice, so I'll keep an eye out for future openings.
- What makes you a good fit for a customer experience associate role?
Customer Experience Associate
I applied online mid-week and got an email back asking for more info and to set up a phone interview. The next day, I had that phone interview, which was pretty easy. The person I spoke with was nice. A couple days later, I was invited for an in-person interview. There were about 10 of us. We were put into groups for interviews, but everyone was assessed individually. We met with 3 pairs of interviewers for 7 minutes each before rotating. It was like speed dating. Depending on when you were interviewed, there was time to hang out with other candidates and employees, with snacks and drinks provided. Overall, it was a really nice and enjoyable interview process.
- Explain the online buying process as if I'm completely unfamiliar with computers.
