First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Malouf Careers.
Warehouse Manager
The interview is in 4 phases, and the people were nice and friendly. The interview focuses on core values and people's integrity. The first 2 interviews are with an HR analyst, and the next 2 are with the employer. The company wants people with a strong sense of integrity and who feel satisfied with the job.
- Tell me about your values.
- How would others describe you?
- What activities do you enjoy?
Warehouse Worker
The interview was unlike anything I'd experienced before. When I got there, they asked if I wanted a soda or water while I waited. I was 10 minutes early but didn't wait long for the hiring manager. It felt very professional and comfortable. I was surprised to get a pillow from Malouf at the end. It was unexpected that they'd give a pillow just for interviewing. Great experience.
- How did you find out about us?
Warehouse Worker
I sent in my application through Indeed and not long after I got a call to see if I was available for a phone interview. After that, I didn't hear back for a couple weeks because I wasn't living in Logan at the time. Right before I moved to Logan, they called me to schedule an in-person interview.
- Can you give an example of a time you had to instruct someone on how to use a specific tool or software?
