Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Malouf Careers.
Account Manager
I applied through Glassdoor, and after a couple of weeks, the district manager reached out to schedule an interview. We set a time, and I met with him and another district manager. Soon after, I was invited for a second interview, which included the territory manager and the national sales manager. I got the offer just a few hours post-interview.

Account Manager
Applied three times for positions that fit my experience. I'm confident in my sales abilities for beds and bedding, using the same approach as selling widgets: highlight features, sell benefits. While I didn't get an interview, I was disappointed by the lack of communication. Even a basic automated rejection would have been appreciated, rather than no response at all. It's important to show gratitude in the hiring process.

Account Manager
It was super comfortable coming into Malouf and meeting the people. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I met different people within the company, including District managers and Account managers. They made me feel very comfortable, but also were very professional.
- Tell me about your favorite Excel function.
- What's your estimate for the number of doors in New York?
