Made it to stage 3, which was a Group Assessment. After about a month, they called for the final stage IV, but then cancelled it at the last minute. It was pretty unprofessional to inform me the session was cancelled just because the panel was busy.

The interview process had 4 rounds. The first three rounds were group interviews. The third stage was an assessment centre. This involved group presentations and case studies. Some cases were given before the assessment day, but one case was presented on the day. A behavioural case study was included, which seemed a bit odd and not quite fitting, clearly designed to set certain expectations. All interview questions across the stages were the typical general ones.
