Executive
It was a good experience overall, the people were friendly, but there was a shortage of parking spots. Visitor and staff parking were mixed together. There wasn't clear guidance on how to get into the building, but fortunately, a staff member helped me out.
- Can you share your experiences from university?
- What is your current involvement as a master's student?
Executive
It was easy. The whole process followed the timeline. Since I was not in Kuala Lumpur at the time, the interview was conducted online. Everything went as planned. Nothing much else to say, just a normal procedure.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you tell me about your past experience?
Executive
First there was a quick pre-screen phone call. Then some online tests. After that I had an interview where it was me and two panels. This was followed by a group interview with two panels and five candidates. Finally, I had a final interview with two panels from higher management and myself.
- Can you discuss a problem you're familiar with in the aviation industry?
- What are your sources of happiness in life?
- Could you describe your personal strengths and weaknesses?
