I got an email from the recruitment manager to set up a call with a department manager. It was a 25-minute call where we talked about myself and my skills. They followed up about a week later. It was a pretty laid-back interview, not super skill-based, more of a holistic approach.

The interview process was unprofessional and disrespectful. I got multiple job offers at once, and I politely and professionally rejected Makse Group’s offer. The email notification of the rescinded offer stated: “candidate wasn't serious and wasted our time”. The pay is low for the Denver area. They seem to be aware of this, as the CEO suggested I get a roommate during the final interview. All of the senior management is remote in other states. I genuinely don’t understand why this role is in-person. I feel like I dodged a bullet, especially after reading other reviews. I suggest other prospective candidates do the same, and skip this company.
