Manager
I went through 2 technical rounds, each lasting about 30-45 minutes. Everything seemed to go well, but unfortunately, HR never got back to me after I followed up via calls and emails. They eventually confirmed that the position was put on hold. My advice to HR: please don't waste candidates' time.

Software Engineer
The interview process at this company was really slow and frustrating. It took two whole months before they gave me any feedback. Even though they said I got the job, they never actually gave me an offer. I kept asking, but they just told me to wait. Finally, they told me I didn't get the job after all. It was really disappointing and made me feel upset. I wouldn't recommend going through this kind of experience to anyone. Interview process was hell slow like TCS rather the company is just a startup

Java Developer
I went through three interviews, which went really fast, like less than 3 weeks and I got an offer right after. The first was a video call with a partner company, the second was an interview with a coding challenge, and the last one was with the president and head of sales where they did a surprise coding review.
- Was I able to delay my start date by three months?
Associate Consultant
The interview process was unprofessional and disrespectful. I got multiple job offers at once, and I politely and professionally rejected Makse Group’s offer. The email notification of the rescinded offer stated: “candidate wasn't serious and wasted our time”. The pay is low for the Denver area. They seem to be aware of this, as the CEO suggested I get a roommate during the final interview. All of the senior management is remote in other states. I genuinely don’t understand why this role is in-person. I feel like I dodged a bullet, especially after reading other reviews. I suggest other prospective candidates do the same, and skip this company.
