The interview process was quite lengthy, involving an initial phone screen, followed by some time-consuming tasks that weren't entirely aligned with the daily responsibilities. After that, there was an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview. References were checked, and finally, an offer letter was extended.

After a cover letter and resume review, I had three interview rounds. The first was with a recruiter, followed by a panel interview, and the last was with my supervisor. There was also an executive skill assessment and I had to provide a 30-60-90 day plan.

It was a really long interview process. There were several interviews, a tour of the campus, and other parts to it. The onboarding in the middle of the year was okay. There's a lot of small tasks that can easily push back your start date.
