Content Analyst
It was a really good and professional experience with the hiring manager, and the talent acquisition team communicated in a timely manner, giving me results within one business day. I completed a Gorilla test that wasn't too difficult, and I also passed a German language test since I'm not a native speaker.
- Can you describe a situation where you took the initiative to start something?
- Could you describe the Gorilla test?
- Tell me about your experience with the German language test.
Content Moderator
We start with a quick 15-20 minute call to chat about your background and see if you're a good fit. Then, there's a technical part where you might do a coding challenge, write something, or a take-home project, depending on the job. After that, you'll meet with the hiring manager for 30-60 minutes to talk more about your experience and skills. If that goes well, you'll have another 30-60 minute chat with other team members to see how you'd fit in with us. For some roles, there's a final 30-60 minute interview with an executive. Finally, we'll do reference checks and then present the offer if everything checks out.
- What are some typical questions asked?
Customer Support Specialist
The interview process was pretty simple and organized. First, there was a quick call to just confirm things and let me know what to expect. Then, I interviewed with HR about my background, experience, and the job details. They also gave me some basic tests to check fundamental skills. After that, I met with the manager. Everyone was really friendly and made it feel less stressful. They answered all my questions clearly, so I understood the role and what they were looking for.
- Can you describe your experience working in high-stress situations?
Customer Service Representative
HR called me, but they were talking to someone else and barely listening. When I asked a question, they ignored me and said there would be a presentation the next day covering all topics (which didn't happen). They also mentioned flexible schedules beforehand, but in the presentation, they stated shifts couldn't be changed and it was strictly an 8-hour job, not including unpaid break times.
- Could you tell me about your educational background?
- What relevant experience do you have?
