Behavioral

It was a basic behavioral interview, asking about my experience, how I fixed a conflict, and other questions about my past experiences. The interview was virtual, a 30-minute zoom call with the Hiring Manager. I wish it was longer because it felt rushed.

Applied for APM role online. The recruiter rescheduled our interview 3 separate occasions and never responded after I confirmed availability, which wasted 1.5 months. On the fourth attempt, the recruiter called at the scheduled time to reschedule for later that day. I agreed. Finally, we spoke about the position. The recruiter mentioned I would speak with a PM on the team. We scheduled a time and I spoke with the PM. The PM asked typical PM interview questions like 'why do you want to be a PM?' and 'what's your favorite product?'. The PM mentioned to expect an update from the recruiter, but the recruiter never followed up despite multiple emails. Very unprofessional!

The communication was great all the way through and they let me know what to expect at each step. I liked the feedback I got because it felt genuine.
