First round was a Zoom call with a knowledgeable interviewer, and it went well. After several days of no response, I contacted the HR executive. She informed me I had passed and had forgotten to notify me, and on the same day, she scheduled a second round. A senior person from UAE conducted the second round. He became upset because I didn't have MS Teams and refused to speak over the phone. No feedback has been provided since.
