This company was very unprofessional. I went through their entire interview process, which included a written test, a telephonic interview, and a face-to-face interview. I successfully cleared all of these rounds and we even completed salary negotiations. However, when it was time to receive the offer letter, they withdrew, stating the position was put on hold. I never received an offer. It's frustrating to go through all that trouble just to be told the job isn't available anymore. It felt very unfair to be played with like that. They claim to be a product company, but they seem more like a body shopping agency.

They gave me a 4-hour take-home practical test involving prototype creation, data mapping, and requirement document creation. I thought it would be objective and online, but it was subjective, like actual work. There were two exercises, one simple and one complex. This was a unique test for a BA role, unlike anything I'd seen before. After that, I had an in-person interview at their headquarters with three rounds: technical interviews followed by an HR round. It seemed to go well, but I didn't get an offer.
