We kicked off with a phone chat with HR. Once that was cleared, there was a big 100-question online test. After the test, we had panel interviews on-site. Definitely bring a calculator for those! When I got to the facility, I met with the GM and the senior executive team. Then, there were 3 separate interview sessions, each with 2 interviewers. They seemed to use a good cop/bad cop approach in each room, with one person being nicer than the other. Each of these interviews went for about 45 minutes to an hour, so it was quite a long day! The final interview was with the GM. I liked the team members I met, but the job itself wasn't the right fit for me. I'm not sure how I performed because they don't give feedback, which is my only gripe with Target. They should tell us how we did so we can learn for the future!

A recruiter reached out after seeing my resume on Career Builder. We had an initial call where a 30-minute phone interview was scheduled for a few days later. This interview covered my past work experience and some basic leadership questions. Next, an onsite interview was set up for the following week. In the meantime, I completed an hour-long online skills test, which included math, reasoning, and a personality assessment. The onsite visit involved a plant tour followed by four 30-minute panel interviews, each with a different team. The interviews were predominantly behavioral. Overall, it felt positive. I got the sense they really value their company culture and might prefer candidates with less experience to avoid bringing in habits from other corporate environments.
