I went through 3 rounds of interviews only to be told they didn't have the budget for the position. Since I'm an internal candidate on the same unit I was interviewing for, I would definitely not recommend interviewing on that unit because a competent manager should be aware of the budget before starting the interview process.

The first interview was a phone call, and then I had an in-person interview with the unit managers. The whole process took about a month from start to getting the offer.

I keep getting rejected and can't get past the HR person after applying online. I went to a job fair but there were no jobs. The next time, I was told I'd get a call back from the hiring manager but never did. I really want to know why I can't get a job there. I won't give up though. I did have one interview after submitting three references via survey, but didn't get an offer, and I'm definitely not doing that again.
