They're so desperate, they'll push your through fast. They'll possibly drug test you on the spot. Be ready for that. The interview wasn't that long. They hire from all backgrounds. Even entry level fast food managers.

Restaurant Manager
First, you apply online. Then there's an HR phone chat, followed by a 1-on-1 with the DM, and a job shadow. After that, a call with the VP of OPs. All interviews happen at one of their centers before they open. You also need to pass a background check and a personality assessment, and give references.

Manager
It was a pretty chill process. I met with the department supervisor and we just chatted about my strengths and weaknesses, and what I thought I could contribute. We also talked about whether I work well in a team. The supervisor was really nice and made me feel totally at ease. They answered all my questions without any hesitation and gave really thorough answers.
