I had an interview scheduled for 8:30 AM, but the recruiter didn't show up until 10:30 AM, so I had to wait for 2 hours. I ended up interviewing with the nurse manager first. She asked a lot of clinical questions and only one question about myself. After that, the recruiter asked more about my resume and work history.
