So I had this 4.5 hour interview, it was pretty intense for an entry level role. What really got me was how unprofessional they were. I tried reaching out weeks later and they just ghosted me. It's rude, you know, after interviewing me for so long, they couldn't even bother to give feedback or send a rejection. I'm not going to say who it is but they did ghost me.

First, had an HR phone screen to check my background and relevant knowledge. About one to two weeks later, the hiring manager called to set up a casual chat on-site. During the on-site, we discussed my resume and personal experiences. Then, I was invited to a group interview with several company employees of different levels, where I faced more technical questions.
