Technical Support Engineer
Overall bad experience. Would not recommend going with this company. Unprofessional environment with little redeeming qualities. The management is incompetent and often unclear with desired direction. Look elsewhere in my opinion.

Technical Support Engineer
The process included a test and then an interview. The interviewer asked standard interview questions. I found the interviewer to be friendly and it made me feel comfortable. The questions weren't too hard overall. I think they were trying to gauge personality. I thought the process was good. I'm curious about the test too. I didn't do great on it, but they still interviewed me.
- How do you handle stress?
- What are your thoughts on learning new processes?

- What would be the result when these functions are applied?
- Can you explain your reasoning for this?
- Show me some code related to this.
