I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first one was mainly about explaining the company and what Magnus is doing. Second interview was mostly about why I wanted to make the change and what I wanted to learn. Last interview was with senior management to see the fit with the firm and estimate whether the role would suit me. I did not get a case study but I heard from other consultants that they do get case studies sometimes. I was very happy with the interview process, as it didn't feel like an interrogation but rather like finding the true fit between employer and employee.

The process has three stages. The first stage is an introductory call with a consultant and a managing consultant. You can ask questions about the job and tell them about yourself. The second or third stage involves speaking with a partner or managing consultant, where the discussion focuses more deeply on your motivation. There's also a case study included in the process.
