They look at your resume and cover letter first to see if you have taken the right classes and done any cool projects. Then, there's a quick call or video chat to see if you can talk well and if you're really interested. After that, you'll do a technical test, which could be a live coding challenge or a take-home assignment, depending on what kind of engineering it is. The last interview is with the hiring manager and some team folks to talk more about how you solve problems, stuff you've done before, and how you work with others. They try to get back to you fast with decisions and offers so you don't lose interest, and they want it to feel welcoming and give you a sense of the company vibe.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. It didn't focus much on soft skills, but heavily emphasized hard skills and people management, especially since it's also a supervisor position, even though marketed as a maintenance engineer role. This is considering the group interviews involved over 15 people.
