It was an in-person interview process that involved a test followed by two rounds of interviews with two different levels of management. The team was really friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They asked very detailed questions. Getting in and out of the plant was very easy.

The interviewer rushed the initial call to schedule an interview, not asking anything about my application or if I had questions. The same person interviewed me, still not providing company, her role, division, or location info. She wasn't friendly and was passive-aggressive, giving off an "impress me" vibe. Progressive companies have conversations, but from a senior HR management level, talking down to candidates is unacceptable. It was a terrible candidate experience.

I applied in October. Had two phone interviews which went fine and the interviewer seemed eager. But then I didn't hear back for two months. When they finally got back to me, they asked the same questions again, and the job description had changed. I didn't hear back for another two months after that! When I followed up, it felt like I was bothering them. It took over four months total with almost no communication from the company. This poor communication makes me question the company culture and highlights internal barriers. It was a really bad experience.
