It's a pretty standard interview process. It starts off with a phone screen, and then you have a couple of calls with the team you're applying to join. This internship is a great opportunity for those who don't have a lot of prior professional experience.

The interview experience was quite lengthy but remained well-structured. I had conversations with the hiring manager, someone from HR, and two individuals in technical roles, with each interaction separate. The entire process took approximately 3 hours, and the interview itself wasn't overly demanding.

Intern
The interview process for M/S Magna International for CSE/ISE branch. It has three rounds, all done in one day and each round is an elimination round. The first round is a written test with pen and paper, covering aptitude, logical reasoning, basic C programming output questions, and verbal questions on comprehension and grammar. The second round is a one-on-one technical interview with an expert for about 20-30 minutes, assessing problem-solving abilities and concept understanding. The final round, the HR Round, is usually shorter, around 10 minutes, with an HR and Director, including a puzzle, a technical question, and basic HR questions.
