First, there was a quick chat with HR. Then, I had an interview with a current Packaging Engineer and the WCM manager. They asked some technical questions to assess my problem-solving abilities and some project management questions. There was also a calculation-based question. I didn't get any feedback for 1.5 months after this. The third round felt like a repeat of the second, just with a different Packaging Engineer. The questioning was similar. I got the offer the next day.

It was a really fast process. First, a short phone call (about 10 mins) where they asked why Magna, went over my background check, and quickly followed up on my resume regarding past work and academic projects, and also my salary expectations. Then, an in-person interview happened just two days later with the Senior Program Manager and an HR generalist. I got the offer of employment the day after that.
