Group Technical

I interviewed for the Technical Support Engineer role in Pune via Profound Edutech. The interview had 2 rounds: 1. Group discussion. 2. Mobile application test. The GD coordinator was from Profound Edutech. I would not recommend this company due to unprofessional behavior from them and Profound. Out of 12 candidates, the coordinator shortlisted only one girl because she was good looking and made good points. Me and two other boys were good in English and making points, as was another girl, but she was not shortlisted either. They specifically shortlisted good-looking girls. This is my first time experiencing this, as being good at English I have passed every GD round in every company I have interviewed with. Very unprofessional behavior by Profound Edutech.

So, first there was this phone call where they asked me some basic networking stuff. Then, I had to do a written test that was all about networking, like, subjective answers and things. After that, it was a personal HR interview. The whole thing took quite a while, but I ended up getting the job, which was great!

Group Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty straightforward process. We started with a group discussion and an introduction. If you passed that, you'd move on to an interview with the client, HP in my case. They asked some really basic computer technical questions. After that, there was an operations round and a final round to decide. Sometimes they do a phone interview too.
