The recruiter called me initially, and when I got to the office, they didn't answer. I went inside and met someone else. A recruiter did a basic screening about my background and past work. It wasn't really an interview. Then, I was moved to another floor and given a job requirement to find suitable candidates based on the description. After that, I met the team lead, and the same thing happened again. Finally, I had a meeting with the manager. The salary offered here is too low, especially with their incentive plan that isn't part of the base pay. I rejected the offer. The interview process was also bad, and they could improve it. Reading reviews on Glassdoor helped me decide.

I received a call letter for SAP Labs since they were hiring for another company. We had a total of three rounds at SAP. The first round was a written test with 10 aptitude questions and 30 technical MCQs covering topics like Java, SQL, and Manual Testing. It wasn't too difficult, and out of 80 people, only 20 moved on to the technical rounds. In the technical round, I was asked about Java, SQL, Manual Testing, and Selenium. I also had to write a program, a query, and solve a puzzle. Afterward, a few candidates were selected for the Managerial + HR round. Here, they asked some technical questions and inquired about my strengths and weaknesses.
