The process was long, it included a voice note, some assessments, and then an interview. After all that, I was informed that they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. They just sent an automated email with no explanation. I was pretty upset because I had spent a lot of time on it only to be rejected without any feedback.

The interviewer seemed nice and was really helpful. I thought I did well until received an email saying they won't be moving forward because of "communication issues". This is something I found weird considering I'm a native speaker. I think they just don't like Africans. They should do everyone a service by emphasizing that they don't hire outside the Philippines instead of wasting our time.
