Had three interviews with folks from different parts of the org, based on where they thought you'd fit in. These were usually one-on-one or with two people max, and mostly not technical, though technical stuff did come up from talking about my resume.

The hiring process was quite odd and lacked professionalism. It started with a direct contact from the hiring manager, followed by a 1-hour interview focusing on my experience and the role's requirements. Next, I had three interviews with other team members, which were very straightforward and mostly centered on my resume. I followed up with HR, who advised me to wait for a week. After not hearing back for several weeks, even after reaching out to both HR and the hiring manager again, I received no response. I believe that even if compensation isn't the primary focus, candidates who invest time and effort in the interview process deserve at least a simple, professional courtesy like a rejection email.
