It was practical and to the point. They make a call and then call you for an in-person interview. They ask questions, you take a small test, I believe it's to prove you know how to read and write. After approval, they call to let you know you are being hired and if you wish to join the team. They ask you to return to the company and follow the new steps for hiring.
