First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Magazine Luiza.
Logistics Coordinator
It was very time-consuming. They didn't manage the schedule for the selected groups before my group. Not to mention that they didn't post the experience requirements on the 99Job website. They only asked for skills and competencies during registration for selection.
- Did you have experience in the role?
Logistics Analyst
The interview process started with a phone call, and then an in-person interview was scheduled. On the day of the in-person interview, I was given an Excel test. The testing environment wasn't ideal, as it was in a common hall with lots of people passing by, and I only had 15 minutes. The recruiter had initially said there would be no tests, just an interview. After that, I had a brief technical interview with the hiring manager. I asked about the next steps and was told I'd hear back within a week, but I never did. A month later, I emailed two HR analysts, but still got no response. This whole experience showed a lot of disorganization, unprofessionalism, and disregard for candidates. As I'm from out of town, I incurred travel costs while unemployed, and it left a very negative impression of a company that claims to be a top workplace, especially with such incompetent HR staff who don't keep their word.
- Why Magazine Luiza?
Logistics Analyst
The interview was very objective and transparent, with HR and the hiring manager for the area. The recruiters made me feel very comfortable, but I didn't get any feedback on the process status. It probably ended, but I wasn't contacted.
