Call Center Agent
The interview process was very good and educational. I reached the final stage and am now awaiting a response, positive or negative. It's been eight days since the last interview, but I believe the selection process is lengthy, and I'm anxiously awaiting a positive outcome because I've always wanted to be part of the Magalu team.
- Were there several questions directed to the sector for which I am applying?
Call Center Agent
Although it's easy, the interviewers lack tact in making the interview a good experience and extracting what they really want to know from the interviewee. Very generic questions, nothing too complex. Just answer about yourself, a quality, a defect, what you expect from a leader, and if there's anything that makes you lose your temper (I believe this last question is the eliminator).
- Is there anything that makes you lose your temper?
Call Center Agent
Operacional position, but the interview was at a CEO level. Seriously people, know how to calibrate the interview level to the job level. The questions were tricky, difficult, and very personal, delving into my private life. It's so cliché and boring! And this was for a PCD vacancy, imagine what happens in regular ones.
