I put in my application online and the first thing that happened was a Discovery Call. It was like a 30 minute phone chat so the Hiring Manager could see if I was a good fit. Then, I got a big questionnaire. The questions were actually pretty fun, not the usual stuff. Once I sent that back, I got called for an hour-long phone interview. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I met some of the Senior Marketing Directors I'd be working with, and they asked me some questions. They said they'd let me know in about a week. But the very next day, one of the Senior Marketing Directors called me and offered me the job! I started a few days later. Some people say the process takes forever, but for me, it was about a week from applying to starting.

I sent in my application online in early August 2017. The online app took a while, but it was worth it because it gave me a good feel for the company and prepared me for the interviews. I heard back the same day and scheduled a phone screen interview for that week. The phone screen was with the Training Manager, lasted about 30 minutes, and she was really friendly and easy to talk to. After that, she invited me to the office for an interview, which we scheduled within a week. I met with both her and the CLO at the Madwire office for about 30-40 minutes. I really enjoyed my time with them; we had a good mix of laughing and talking business. I sent a follow-up thank you note and got a response within 2-3 days to set up a group interview about a month later. About three weeks before the group interview, the Training Manager emailed to reschedule and change it from a group interview to a meeting with a specific team. The next day, I went to campus to meet with the team's leaders. This interview happened about four days earlier than planned and lasted about 30-40 minutes. I received an offer from the training manager within a week of the last interview, with a start date about 2.5 weeks after that.

The hiring process was two interviews. The first was on the phone with the hiring manager and the second was in person with the hiring manager and one of the CEOs. They had set an expected start day for all applicants that was a week out from the on site interview. Sadly, they did not follow up or respond to inquiries about whether or not I got the role, which gave me a very negative impression about the company. It appeared to be a great place to work before that.
- It was a relaxed interview, asking about why someone would want to work there and why they want to work in sales. It was mostly a conversation that seemed pointed towards corporate culture.
