I was an insurance agent and wanted a change, looking for a small to medium-sized business. Madwire was at the top of my list. I found the hiring manager on LinkedIn and reached out. After I applied, things were slow due to company changes and relocation. Once I heard back, it moved quickly. I had a phone interview with Samson since I lived in Nebraska. The next step was an in-person interview, which I drove to. I met with the Chief Sales Officer and a Senior Marketing Consultant on the patio. They liked me and Luke said I should expect an offer in two days. I got the offer letter on the drive home and we moved to Fort Collins in three weeks. It was crazy, but I love this company.

Behavioral Technical

After you apply, which takes a bit of time but it's important, they'll call you for a phone interview. If that goes well, they'll have you come in for an in-person interview. The interviews are usually pretty chill, but they do ask questions to make sure you're a good fit for the company.

This was a group interview, and it was quite quick and direct. We were given a tour of the building and the company, covering the usual information. They also included some interactive elements during the interview to identify candidates who stood out, which helped them figure out the best positions for each person.
