No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.

I sent in my application online and heard back pretty quickly, within a couple of days. The interview itself went okay, and the office space is quite nice. One thing though, the person interviewing me seemed to get a bit flustered when I asked about their diversity initiatives.

After submitting my application with a unique cover letter, I was contacted within a week to schedule an interview. The initial interview included some unusual questions that were quite challenging. Interestingly, the interviewer wasn't from the department I applied to. - What's the core reason you believe we selected you for an interview?
- Tell me about your creative process.
- How would you strategize approaching [real life example]?
