It was a pretty easy interview process. It started with a recruiter screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by the team lead and one other client. Most of these were over Zoom. I made it to the final round, but then the recruiting team completely ghosted me. I sent several emails asking for updates and feedback, but I never got a direct response from the team. Eventually, I received the standard automated email saying that after careful consideration, they decided to move on. They didn't even have the decency to email me back directly. It felt demoralizing and like a huge waste of my time.

It was easy, fast, and straightforward. The HR person was nice and explained the role and what skills are needed to get hired. The next step was also easygoing, more casual and open-minded recruiter. We then discussed my profile in more depth.

This was a really thorough interview process. I got to chat with a few different people, including someone who is currently doing the same job in a different city. They answered all my questions. Overall, it was a good process with timely follow-up and good responsiveness.
